Service Engagement

By booking our HVAC services, you agree to follow all policies and procedures outlined in these Terms & Conditions. Some services may include additional agreements, warranties, or documentation, which must be reviewed and signed before work begins.

Payments

  • We accept payments via cash, credit card, check, and Zelle.
  • Financing is available through Wells Fargo (subject to approval).
  • No deposits are required upfront.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of installation or service.
  • All sales are final — we do not offer refunds.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • No fees are charged for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, but repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling.

Warranties & Guarantees

  • We provide a 2-year labor warranty on installations.
  • We provide a 30-day labor warranty on parts used in service calls.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment installed.
  • Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party work.

Liability

  • Climate Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible work areas for our technicians.
